比尔·坦纳：你猜得没错，007. 可惜你的邪恶女上司不让你玩。It seems your hunch was right, 007. It’s too bad the evil Queen of Numbers wouldn’t let you play it.
（没想到 M 就在比尔·坦纳身后）
M：你刚才说的是？You were saying?
比尔·坦纳：没有，我只是… No, I was just…
M：很好。如果我想听挖苦的话就去找我的孩子就行了，多谢。（转向 007 ）晚上好，007。Good. Because if I want sarcasm, Mr. Tanner, I’ll talk to my children. Good evening, 007.
邦德：晚上好，M。Good evening, M.
M：首相在等最新报告。请开始简报，坦纳先生。The Prime Minister’s waiting for an update. Proceed with your briefing, Mr. Tanner.
比尔·坦纳：谢谢。求救讯号后直升机就起飞，俄军派三架米格机拦截。Thank you. After the distress signal, your helicopter took off, and the Russians scrambled these three MIGs here to intercept it.
邦德：俄国人用这基地做什么？What do you think the Russians are using the base for?
比尔·坦纳：目前我们怀疑那也许是秘密太空武器 “黄金眼” 计划的基地。Well, at one point we suspected Severnaya might be the ground station for a secret space-based weapons program called GoldenEye, but…
M：我们的分析显示对方既无财力，也无技术力量运作。Our statistical analysis saw they had neither the finance nor technology to implement it.
邦德：我毫无数字观念，这些（卫星）图片是即时的？Numbers were never my strong suit. Are these pictures live?
M：我们和美国政府不一样，不喜欢从 CNN 上得到坏消息。Unlike the American government, we prefer not to get our bad news from CNN.

M：我们已经调阅了在 Severnaya 基地每个能获得使用密码的人的档案。据我所知，榜首是你的老朋友。We’ve pulled the files on anyone who might have had access or authority at Severnaya. The top name on the list is an old friend of yours, I understand.

邦德：巫洛莫。Ourumov.
M：他晋升了将军，自以为是俄国下一位铁腕人物。分析家认为他不可能叛国，他不在嫌疑犯名单上。They made him a General. He sees himself as the next Iron Man of Russia. So our political analysts rule him out. He doesn’t fit the profile of a traitor.
邦德：也是这些分析家说黄金眼是不可能存在的吗？他们还说直升机事件没有威胁，不值得调查？Are these the same analysts who said that GoldenEye couldn’t exist? Who said the helicopter posed no immediate threat and wasn’t worth following?

If you think for one moment I don’t have the balls to send a man out to die, your instincts are dead wrong. I’ve no compunction about sending you to your death. But I won’t do it on a whim, even with your cavalier attitude towards life. I want you to find GoldenEye. Find who took it, what they plan to do with it, and stop it. And if you should come across Ourumov, guilty or not, I don’t want you running off on some kind of vendetta. Avenging Alec Trevelyan will not bring him back.
邦德：不是你让他被害死的。You didn’t get him killed.
M：也不是你杀的他，这点你不必自责。Neither did you. Don’t make it personal.
邦德：不会的。Never.
M：邦德，活着回来。Bond. Come back alive.

M：欢迎回来。Welcome back.
邦德：你们真客气。你好像不是很高兴看到我。Such hospitality. You don’t seem too pleased to see me.
M：如果照我的方式，你现在还在朝鲜。把你赎回来花了我们不少代价。If I’d had my way, you’d still be in North Korea. Your freedom came at too high a price.
邦德：赵。Zao.
M：他差点炸了中国和南韩的高峰会。死了三个中国特工才抓到他。现在他自由了。He tried to blow up a summit between South Korea and China. Took out three Chinese agents before he was caught. And now he’s free.
邦德：我从没要求赎我出来，我情愿死也不想他被放出来。I never asked to be traded. I’d rather die than let him loose.
M：你有那个药的。You had cyanide.
邦德：老早就丢了。这到底是怎么回事？Threw it away years ago. What the hell is this all about?
M：美国在北韩的高级情报员一周前被处决了。美国人从你的监狱里，截听到指证他的讯息。The top American agent in the North Korea Hight Command was executed a week ago. The Americans intercepted a signal from your prison naming him.
邦德：他们认为是我？And they think it’s me?
M：就你关在那里。他们认为你吃不了苦头，已经动摇了。我们必须把你救出来。You were the only inmate. They concluded you cracked and were hemorrhaging information. We had to get you out.
邦德：那你又是怎么想的？And what do you think?
M：从你身上残留的药物分析来看，你根本就不知道说过什么。With the drugs they gave you, you wouldn’t know what you said.
邦德：我知道规则，第一条就是无情。被抓了就是被遗弃了。那次任务出了问题，孟上校接到线报认出了我，连他爸都知道他在西方有同党。I know the rules. And number one is, no deals. Get caught and you’re given up. The mission was compromised. Moon got a call exposing me. He had a partner in the West; even his father knew about it.
M：不管是真是假，都没有关系。Whether that’s true or not, it’s irrelevant.
邦德：不，有关系。陷害我的人，再度设计用我来赎出赵。我一定要逮到他。No, it isn’t. The same person who set me up then set me up again to get Zao out. So I’m going after him.
M：你先去福克兰的评估中心，你的情报员资格已经取消了。You’re going to our evaluation center in the Falklands. Double-O status rescinded.
邦德：那我的自由是不是也？Along with my freedom?
M：看你的表现再做定夺，你现在是闲人一个。For as long as I deem necessary, yes. You’re no use to anyone now.
（007 从香港港口逃出去后）
美国安局官员：（与 M 视频会议）你怎么能眼睁睁地看着他从香港港口中央的英国战舰上逃出来？你该把他牢牢看住的，而不是把大门打开。How can he escape from a British warship in the middle of Hong Kong harbor, right under your nose? You were supposed to throw away the key, not leave the door wide open.
M：你在暗示我和他的逃脱有关？Are you implying I had a hand in his escape?
美国安局官员：邦德腿跑的可真快 ，不是吗？Well, Bond got away real fast, didn’t he?
M：他要溜得慢了就毕不了业。It is what he’s trained to do.
美国安局官员：可他手底下可没闲着，在古巴烧了一家诊所。听着，他要是没有什么好家教，那我不介意给他上堂课。Your boy’s been very busy. He torches a clinic in Cuba. Listen, you put your house in order, or we’re gonna do it for you.
（007 查到一些线索后，被 M 秘密招到伦敦一处地下基地见面。）
邦德：我听说过这个地方，从没想到有一天我也会在这里。I heard of this place. Never thought I’d find myself here.
M：有些事还是不知道的好。Some things are best kept underground.
邦德：废弃的车站，废弃的情报员。（把钥匙还给 M）你的请柬。An abandoned station for abandoned agents. Your calling card.
M：你在葛拉夫身上查到什么？So, what have you got on Graves?
邦德：你陷我于不义，现在却要我帮你？You burn me, and now you want my help?
M：你想要我道歉？Did you expect an apology?
邦德：我知道你为求任务完成会不惜一切。I know you’ll do whatever it takes to get the job done.
M：就像你一样。Just like you.
邦德：不同的是，我不会妥协。The difference is, I won’t compromise.
M：你不能要求我每样事情都做到黑白分明。你走后，我们都变了。Well, I don’t have the luxury of seeing things as black and white. While you were away, the world changed.

邦德：不再是了。赵逃走了，不过他留下这些，（倒出从赵身上拿到的钻石），全是葛拉夫矿里来的。我认为葛拉夫的矿只是个幌子，卖的全是非洲叛军钻石。It doesn’t anymore. Zao got away, but he left these behind. All from Gustav Graves’ mine. I think it’s a front for laundering African conflict diamonds.
M：我们查证要很小心，葛拉夫买通了很多官员。We need to tread carefully, Graves is politically connected.
邦德：光脚的不怕穿鞋的。Lucky I’m on the outside, then.
M：看来你又咸鱼翻生了。It seems you’ve become useful again.
邦德：你是该恢复我的工作了。Then maybe it’s time you let me get on with my job.
M：我要你去保护艾莉卡。她继承父业，在架设输油管。找出更换胸针的内贼。如果你的直觉是对的，雷诺德会回来，下一个目标就是艾莉卡。007, I want you to go to Elektra. She’s taken over the construction of her father’s oil pipeline. Find who switched that pin. If your instincts are right, Renard will be back, and Elektra will be the next target.
邦德：她又要当诱饵了。The worm on the hook again.
M：她不需要知道同一个人想杀她，别把她吓坏了。She doesn’t need to know the same man may be after her. Don’t frighten her.
邦德：这算是卧底行动？A shadow operation?
M：记住，只能卧底查案，不能卧到她床上去。Remember, shadows stay in front or behind. Never on top.

M：放大那个，可以吗？Zoom in on that. Can you?
某军官：（画面放大后）好像是美国人的编码器，用来控制全球定位导航卫星系统。That looks like an American encoder. They use it to control their navigation satellites: the G.P.S. system.
M：我很好奇哪一样会令 CIA 更生气，是他们失去了它还是我们找到了它？I wonder, will the C.I.A. be more upset that they lost it or that we found it?
